Onboarding Specialist

Our customer success team strives to give our customers an unbeatable experience at every step of their journey. For our Customer Success Managers, this means working with our subscription customers to help them maximize the value they get from using Slido at their meetings & events.

As our Americas Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will help clients across the region to successfully implement Slido into their meetings and events, setting them up for future success. 

Your role

  • Guide low tier customers through the first 90 days of their Slido subscription 
  • Work to ensure the time-to-value for these customers is as little as possible
  • Understand the customer’s needs from the very beginning and help them through the first steps to achieving them
  • Gain our customer’s trust in the product & brand by making their first events a true success by advising them of the changes they need to make on their side
  • Drive continuous process improvement in an environment where people learn from one another to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Being a Slido brand evangelist and a champion for our users both internally and externally

Your profile

  • You are driven by helping others and being on the front-line of a fast-growing company
  • You’re fluent in English; if you also have Spanish, French or Portuguese even better
  • Empathy and passion are strengths that enable you to create a delightful experience that exceeds our users’ expectations
  • Exceptional active listening & coaching abilities
  • You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
  • Always willing to roll up your sleeves, tackle something hands-on and present new solutions to problems
  • Data is your friend and allows you to make better decisions on where to focus your efforts with customers
  • You go the extra mile, you’re proactive and creative when dealing with clients and never happy with the status quo
  • Bonus points for previous experiences in delivering customer-focused solutions based on their needs
  • You’re interested in learning more about the worlds of Customer Success, Company Culture, Meetings and Events
  • In case you are not located in the US, you’re open to adjust your work hours to accommodate our clients

* Based on a Slovak law, we are obligated to publish the MINIMUM salary for this position – for USA it’s 47K USD
