We are looking for a new addition to our small finance team. In this role you will represent a strong foothold for our daily financial operational task. Your role

  • Prepare underlying documentation for subsequent accounting entries
  • Performing journal entries
  • Preparation of monthly pre-closing activities
  • Issuing and amending of customer invoices 
  • Petty-cash administration
  • Cost reimbursement
  • Record and review daily cash transactions
  • Preparation of bank transfers and bank transcripts 

Your profile

Must have

  • At least 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
  • Expert knowledge of Slovak accounting standards
  • Entry level understanding of income tax and value added tax concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of English (also financial terminology)
  • Advanced skills with Excel/Google sheet functions
  • Punctual, independent, detail-oriented and responsible

Nice to have

  • Working experience with various accounting programs
  • University education from Finance/Business Administration
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards
  • Previous experience with payroll

Monthly salary (gross): starting from 1000 €
* salary will be adjusted based on seniority
